What A Way To Start the Break...

So I finally make it through the week and what happens?!?! I'm SUPER SICK!! I've been sick all week but it hit it's highpoint on Friday; so very annoying. I've been living on a steady supply of Tylenol Sore Throat, Dayquil, and Nyquil. I'm feeling a little bit better so I guess it's working. I have a graduation party to go to tomorrow so I'm hoping I wake up feeling better than I did today.

Suffice it to say my big plans for a weekend of fun to kick off the 2 week vacation have been replaced by reading, napping, and watching Grey's Anatomy season 2 in bed. Not exactly how I pictured starting the break but I suppose it will have to do. Anyway, I hope you're all having a better weekend than I am. I'm off to make sugar cookies! I've decided food makes me forget about sickness :)

What is Christmas means to you?

Frankly speaking, I don't know because I have never celebrated it before.
I am not christian but buddhist.
My parents don't celebrate it so ya. =/

People usually exchange gifts during Christmas and have meal together with family and/or friends and/or the loved ones.

The most symbolic food for Christmas is the Turkey. However, the most symbolic snacks for Christmas would be the Gingerbread Man. =)

HOLIDAY!!

YAY!!! Finally, my holidays are here!! Thank goodness....I've been dying for my holidays to come...I need some relaxation and peace away from all study-related stuffs!!!!! Boy, second year is really putting a toll on me XD

Anyway, it's time to shop, shop, shop till I drop =p

Speeding Tickets & Wedding Dresses? Sure!

So this morning I got a speeding ticket! GRRRRRR!!! It's only my 2nd ever but I'm very annoyed. The first time I just paid it but this time I'm over that because it was an outrageous 225 dollars for going 14 F*CKING miles over!! I was on the highway and not in a damn construction/school zone!! I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. I was going to just go to court and try and get it dismissed but I'm not willing to chance it so I will just pay the 110 to defer it. :/ SO ANNOYED!

Anyway, thanks to the magnificence that was Nicole Richie's dress (I'm salivating, waiting on this People magazine to come out tomorrow!!!), I've been thinking of weddings a lot! Let me preface this by saying that I do not have any desire to get married, I simply want to have a big party! I think the reception is what appeals to me most, food, drinks, and pretty dresses, sound lovely!

one of my favorite sites ONTD posted some pics of possible wedding dresses for Kate Middleton by different US designers. I read that she's pretty much going with a British designer but still I saw a couple of designs I really liked and thought it would be fun to post them! You can go there and see the rest of the sketches! So pretty!

Along with sketching for Kate a lot of people have been sketching dresses for Bella Swan's wedding in Breaking Dawn! Since I'm a Twilight fan I myself am very excited! Here are a couple of sketches I found on Just Jared and I'm loving some of them. There were rumors of Zac Posen designing the dress but those have long since been dismissed :(

Love them, I must admit I was concerned when I heard it was a turtleneck but alas I knew if anyone could pull it off it would be her! She's so amazingly stylish. This dress is kind of EPIC in it's own right. It's just so dreamy and pretty! Kudos Nicole for making a turtleneck, lace, tulle, princess gown look FABULOUS!

Bed & Breakfast Website In Malaysia Finally!!

You know how is it that whenever you want to travel, you are on a budget but still want to stay at a comfortable place??

I remembered last year when my friends and I went on a trip to Malacca without much planning and just decided to crash at any budget hotel there. It was so hard to find one that was cheap, comfortable and could accommodate all of us. We wasted so many hours trying to find a suitable place for the night =(

But fret not now! Malaysia B & B is a website that you should go to if you need a room for one night, a few months or even rent out your spare room to earn some extra cash!! How convenient! Now finding a room is not a hassle anymore with just one click!! On top of that, the prices are very reasonable =)

Have you seen 'The Holiday'?

Well, this website is very similar to the website Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet used for the holiday season. They each rented out their rooms to each other only this website is slightly different. You do not need a mutual partner =)

You can browse through among many rooms for rent and just choose which is the most suitable according to the descriptions. They even have pictures!! Very convenient right? How I wish I knew about this website earlier! It would make my trips so much easier and cheaper!

There are rooms for rent all across Malaysia!! They even have houses for rent. How cool is that =)

The best part is that you don't have to handle payments on your own. You would have to use their payment system to prevent fraud. As a law student, I would say this is the safest kind of payment so that you do not have to engage with the other party yourself and risked getting cheated.

However the locations for short term rentals are quite limited. For example in Perak, it only has one place listed. The most locations is of course from Selangor LOL

Anyway, I would definitely be using this website in the future to rent rooms for short vacations. It's a very useful website...Do check it out *wink*

First and foremost, it's NATIONAL CUPCAKE DAY!!!!!! Let us all celebrate by shoving cupcakes in our face! Preferably, Sprinkles!


1. Mark Zuckerberg is Time's Person of the Year? Hm, I'm not really sure how I feel about that.
2. LOVING Nicole's dress! I may have to actually buy People magazine so I can see more!


3. I need some serious sore throat medicine! Not loving this LC voice I have.
4. News, of Anne Hathaway being cast in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies makes me very happy!
5. Still in need of a Birthday dress. Since I've decided to do nothing for NYE I don't have to worry a NYE dress!
6. I hate this Dirty Bit song so much. So very much!
7. Katy Perry should sit down somewhere. I'm confused as to why I hate her so much now but I do.
8. 2 more days left in this week then 2 weeks off!!! HOLLA!!!!

16. Still need to pick the brain of someone with an MFA. I know a couple MLS people but finding someone with an MFA is hard!
