Food Experiment Code00

Ingredients I used.
3 eggs
Margerine
Garlic
A little of Salt
A little of Fish Sauce
Preserved Turnip

Break 3 eggs.
Separate egg white and egg yolk.
Beat egg yolk instead of egg white so that the texture of the eggs later won't be rough.

Now, mix egg yolk and egg white.
Add in the seasonings, Salt and Fish Sauce.

Add in preserved turnip and garlic.

Preheat pan for few minutes.

Turn off the gas and wipe margerine across the pan with a kitchen roll.
Why? So that it won't be too oily. =D

If you feel the pan is tooo hot, you may swing the pan a little to cool it down. =)

Pour in the mixture.
Let it cook for approximately 10 to 20 minutes until it turns to golden brown.

Flip it and let the other surface cook for few minutes.

Egg "pancake" is ready to serve. =P

You may decorate it whichever you want.
