Breaking Up Is Hard To DO!

When you read that title make sure and sing it like they do in the song! As I was writing it I was singing it in my head and it gave me a chuckle. Ahh, the simple things in life, anyway, among the everyday developments of my life yesterday was in fact, a break up with my boyfriend. I think the only thing that really saddens me is that at a different time in my life and probably his too we could have worked out. I'm just in a selfish phase and need to do a bit more growing up and I always had this nagging feeling that he considered me some kind of project or something. He just wanted to change me, so although it kind of seemed out of nowhere it was probably for the best. I don't really do the friendship thing after breakups so I guess he will just be out of my life. Maybe if it's meant to be we'll meet again! I'm just annoyed I had to pack up some of his stuff and now I must take it to him after work. Oh wells. I think I'm meant to be single anyway. It works for me.



Now that we got all that sappy stuff out of the way we can move on to more important things like the Rangers winning tonight!!!! I'm really hoping they do. I shan't (that's right I just said shan't! You know you love it!) sit here and act like I've been a Rangers fan forever because I haven't but I'm really rooting for them now! I don't particularly care about baseball so I don't have a team that I like but I'm a born and raised Texan and moved to Arlington when I was 2, which is where Ranger Stadium is located, so by default they're my team! It's just cool that they finally got their act together and are regulating now. If only the Cowboys could take a lesson from them. I'm by no means a Cowboys fan, COLTS BABY!! ALL THE WAY, but I think it would be nice if they could play to their full potential. They let stupid things like penalties and inconsistency ruins their chances at winning and it's really a shame. That being said, GO RANGERS! I'm also a fan of anyone who defeats the evil empire that is the Yankees :)

So lets see we've covered major events in my life and major events for baseball fans so what's next?! Oh that's right TGIF!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy it's the weekend AND it's ALMOST Halloween! This fills me with joy because I'm going to New Orleans where I shall be shoving my face with beignets and hurricanes! I'm also planning a pit stop here The Kupcake Factory
Then right after Halloween I'm going to the 21OH!, also known as San Antonio, to see some of my favorite people. I'm super excited. I'm thinking I shall get tatted up when I head to SA because there's an amazing artist there that I'm friends with and he's drawn something up for me. I'm excited!!

I suppose that's it for the happenings in my life! Yall have a great weekend! I may update this weekend but we shall see. I think I'll end the post with some fun pics because I'm a visual person and enjoy looking at pics. I figure most other people are too. No real rhyme or reason just pretty pics that caught my eye. I especially love the shot of the desk with all the pink items because we all know I LOVE pink! So here goes...

F*ck Yeah Kourtney Kardashian I just love the way she looks! I'm not a fan of being completely done up from head to toe but in some cases it's necessary and she does it very well.
