Oh Monday, we meet again! I have 19 days until my vacation and I've officially begun counting down the days until Dec 17!! I love Christmas time but I swear the older I get the less it's about gifts and the more it's about my 2 week vacation! God Bless working in the school system! I also love that I can play The Chipmunks Christmas CD without judgement! OK, with some judgement but I don't care!
Now that all that Thanksgiving hoopla is out of the way, FINALLY, it's officially time for Christmas! I need to start shopping for gifts which shouldn't be too hard. My friends and I pretty much tell each other exactly what we would like. It works out quite nicely. Surprisingly, this year I have no extravagant requests for Christmas; the most expensive thing I asked for is a gold Coach watch. Besides the watch I only asked for practical things that are quite inexpensive. Below is a list of the things I asked for and a list of the things I lust after. *sigh*
Nothing too out of control on my realistic list. A watch, Glee Season 1 Part 2, some pink dumbbells, and Viva La Juicy!! I'm so obsessed with that scent. Every single time I smell someone that smells delicious they've had that on. My luck I'll get it and it will smell gross on me!
My *Brittany has lost all rational thought* list includes: A shopping spree at the Louboutin store, Gifts from Tiffany&Co, A boy that looks like Gabriel Aubrey, A Chanel bag, and another Super Bowl win for my Colts!! That last one is looking to be the most unrealistic considering mah boo Peyton threw 4 FING interceptions yesterday!!!! ;/
Irregardless (Yes, I know it's not a word but shouts out to Mean Girls for making it so epic!) of what gifts I receive I just kind of love this time of year. It's odd since I don't love the cold but I do love things that revolve around me and my birthday is 2 weeks after Christmas! So basically it's an extravaganza of fun starting with Christmas, NYE, then my Bday! The only downside is that it can be very depressing to have 3 major "boyfriend" holidays back to back when you're single. It also doesn't help that Valentine's Day is the next damn month! Eh wells, who needs boys when you have Sprinkles Cupcakes!
