You know what time it is, neurotic ramblings time!
1. I'm over tony parker gossip! Can we get some real celeb news! That's ACTUALLY news! We knew they were divorcing and we knew Pink was preggers just like we knew Rachel Zoe was too! Yesterday was the day of breaking stories we already knew about! Boring!
2. This Cholera Outbreak is kind of concerning!
3. A boy wrote me a sonnet today. I love him.
4. I need something to help my nail polish stop chipping! It's really annoying. Any suggestions?
5. I'm pretty sure this boy and I have traumatized a student by telling her the horror of the GRE. It's a HORRIBLE test though! I feel people should know this.
6. I'm interested in this Little Red Riding Hood Movie. I think it's either going to be awesome or very bad. We shall see.
7. This has been the longest week ever and I'm ready for the weekend!! Come on Friday at 5 PM.
8. I can't believe next week is Thanksgiving! This is only exciting because it's almost Christmas time!!
9.Thinking I'd like to do a Nicole Richie picture post! Love love love her!
10. Lastly, I have the theme song to Lamb Chop's Play-A-Long stuck in my head, along with Head & Shoulders, Knees & Toes, and The Song That Doesn't End stuck in my head. This is very concerning since I'm not a 5 year old child.

So I read all the time and considering the amount of books I read I really don't recommend a lot of books to people. I have to say though that every once in a while I find a book that I want everyone to read. I have found one of those books! The Hunger Games Trilogy! I usually try to stay away from book series aimed at teens, with the exception of Twilight and Blue Bloods, but I finally gave in to this series because I heard they were making it into a book. I'd like to take this opportunity to say that I always TRY and read a book before seeing the movie. I think it's a good practice and usually movies change lots of important things about the books. I'd say the only movies I've seen that are pretty much the same as the book are movies based on Bret Easton Ellis books (LOVE HIM!)! Anyway after hearing from a couple of friends that this series was amazing and seeing people rant about it all day long on TV I decided to give it a chance. I have been thoroughly surprised and very impressed with how well written The Hunger Games is and how much I've enjoyed reading it. Last night I actually had to force myself to go to bed because I didn't want to stop reading the book.
Unlike most books there don't seem to be any lulls within this story. It's full of action and very entertaining to read. The plot involves the world after some kind of catastrophe and instead of the continent of North America there's 12 districts and a Capitol. All the important/rich people live in the Capitol and they control everything happening in the other districts. Each year a boy and girl from each district must fight to the death in "The Hunger Games" to win food for their district. The story follows one of the girls who is in the games. I haven't read book 2 or 3 yet but I'm definitely going to. I've only been reading this one for one day and I'm about to finish. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Anyway, that's all for today! I hope yall have a great day!
