Ingredients:
- 300g Spaghetti
- 1/2 Big bottle Pasta Sauce
- 1 tin Sardine
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 5 tablespoon Ketchup
- Few tablespoon Chili Sauce, as you like
- Button Mushrooms, as you like
- Tomatoes, as you like
Method:
- Slice Mushroom, tomatoes, and chop onion and garlic.
- Open the Sardine in tin and smash the sardines until it is all smashed up.
- Use a deep cooking pot, fill up with water until 3/4 full. Place spaghetti into the boiling water. Pour in some oil & salt, make sure the water is salty. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes uncovered.
- Meanwhile, heat up some oil in a cooking pan. Put in minced garlic & onion, saute until the onion become soft.
- Put in sliced tomatoes and sliced button mushrooms.
- Pour in pasta sauce & mix in 5 tablespoon of ketchup and few tablespoon of chili sauce, cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the smashed sardines and stir it.
- Dish out the cooked spaghetti from the pot & place it into the pan. Mix it well & serve while it's hot.
